Catalina Naranjo-Bock is a user experience researcher and designer,who has collaborated with creative departments in companies across the US, Europe, Canada and Southamerica in the areas of human-centered product innovation, design research, user experience design and strategy. She has also served as adjunct faculty, guest speaker, invited author, expert reviewer and international juror in different design and research related venues. Her expertise lies on the use of qualitative research methodologies with a focus on participatory design, co-creation, innovation games and research methods based on play, fun and hands-on experiences.
