A Loose Heuristic for Mobile Design
Back in July 2012, in the picturesque city of Madison, WI, a group of enthusiastic and dedicated UX professionals got together for a conference known as UXMad. One of the speakers, Hampton Catlin, gave a talk outlining the “6 Rules of Mobile Design.”
Author Brad Orego used this talk and made some modifications to present is as a Loose Heuristic for Mobile Design. Think of these as guidelines of a Heuristic Evaluation to check the pros and cons of any new mobile design suggestion.
